About
Clarity debt, and the tool that pays it down
Clarity debt is the accumulated cost of decisions nobody wrote down, workflows nobody mapped, and approvals nobody tracked. The interest is paid in rework, delays, and “I didn't know.”
Arc-Tec came out of five years of corporate delivery work: late-night calls trying to find where a requirement changed, designs redone because two teams heard different things, and context walking out the door with the person who held it. The first version of Arc-Tec, live at arc-tec.co.in, is a full project management platform. This version narrows it to the one thing none of the incumbents do well: keep the decision and handoff record, route it to the right people automatically, and make it exportable evidence.
